4 Sales today announce that innovative smartphone manufacturer OnePlus will sponsor the return of Channel 4’s legendary adventure gameshow The Crystal Maze.

4 Sales today announce that innovative smartphone manufacturer OnePlus will sponsor the return of Channel 4’s legendary adventure gameshow The Crystal Maze. Presented by comedian Richard Ayoade, the new series launches at 9pm, Friday 23rd June 2017.

The partnership represents OnePlus’ first ever TV sponsorship in the UK and will showcase the brand new OnePlus 5 handset’s high performance dual camera, following its launch on the 20th June.

The brand’s sponsorship bumpers will appear around the 20x60 minute series which includes a set of celebrity specials for Stand Up to Cancer, the first of which will star Vicky Pattison, Alex Brooker, Lydia Bright, Louie Spence and Ore Oduba.

The partnership was negotiated by 4 Sales’ Group Partnerships Manager Matt Waller.

The Crystal Maze, which originally aired from 1990 to 1995, returned to Channel 4 in October 2016 for a Stand Up To Cancer celebrity special and proved a hit with loyal fans and newcomers alike, winning a consolidated audience of 4.3 million viewers.
